Does Anybody Use Google's Upgrade Storage?

Since the 7 years i am using my google account and now it's full of data nearly 13 GB. Google permit up to 15 GB free storage. So i am little bit skeptical that i will be using my storage allocation very soon. In this concern what should i pick. Should i use Google's upgrade storage and if so how many they charge?
