Different Solution w/ <IFRAME>
Actually I've tried the inside of main table and after taking the frame border off, this would work very nicely but... Can I somehow get different web pages to display inside of the iFrame by clicking on Navagation buttons in another table.

I haven't used i-Frames before myself (isn't it true that they don't work in Netscape?), but couldn't you just target the frame from a link like you would with a normal frame? Like ?

iframes don't work in Netscape 4.x and lower, but you can get around that by using links that open in a new window with the same name as the iframe. A little bit of Javascript to detect is all you need.
