CSS Resources?
I've been a bad webmaster for years now. By that, I mean I haven't used CSS at all. I'd like to remedy the situation, but am having trouble sifting through the myriad of resources out there.
I'm looking for a good resource, from the ground up, that will describe how to use CSS and make my content independant from my design. I'm also looking to abolish my use of tables for design elements. As I understand it, that should all come together.
I'm about to start work for a new client, and I thought this would be a great time to start in with CSS. Any resource ideas? I'm also very open to books (in the $20 neighborhood) as well as websites.

I don't think this teaches the methodology very well but here's a good resource for coding examples of what css elements are named and what each element's options are.
