CSS Menu looks different in different browsers

I created a CSS Menu using dmxzone's list-o-matic extension. The menu looks great in internet explorer but when i preview it in Netscape the menu gets squished to left. Here's the address: http://www.lbiboyd.com/default2new_layout.htm I tried to get help from dmxzone but nobody answered my thread. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advanced!
