Even if you could there are to many programs going to fight aginst you, when I used IE i used a program called cookiewall, but with FF it has built in control, which allows me to choose what and when I accept

To expand upon Chris' point: No, never, not in a million years, nope, no way, hell no.
That's a bad way to look at the web, how people view things is not up to you - the author - it's up to the user.
You've got to keep the users happy, if you don't you wont get any visitors.
