Mambo is the only one I have played with but XOOPS is supposed to be good too.
Also, like I tell everyone, Google is your friend. Here is what I found on google http://www.opensourcecms.com/

If you want something simple, try http://lucidcms.net/ - it does its job and stays out of the way

Freeware CMS - Zope, Xitex, IntraWeb, SAPID
Opensource CMS - Mambo, Plone, eZ publish, Drupal.

Go after those with FANTISTICO and youll get a bunch of freeware cms... Why not Wordpress... or bblog...
