Content Management System Query
Hi,
I need to setup a Content Management System and was wondering if anyone could point me to one which will do what I want.
Users can register and then gain a list of all other registered usernames, sorted by country, state, suburb.
Then, if the user is a paid up member (annual fee) they are able to contact any other user.
Similar to schoolfriends.com
Thanks.

PHP Nuke is pretty close to that. There aren't any limitations on who can contact who, though.
With something that specific, you're probably going to find something that is close, and hack it so that it does exactly what you want. That's been my personal experience, anyway.

Yeah, wouldn't be too hard to hack a simple CMS to do that, or even write one from the ground up.

Yea,
I have actually got something on PHP-Nuke.
Trying to hook in a paypal module now, then onto a custom database module.
Can anyone suggest any sites which have tutorials on writing PHP-Nuke modules ?
Thanks.
