content extraction

The client has given me pages and pages of content to use on his website. Half of the pages are on professionally designed lamatated newsletters, and the other half are xerox copies of newspaper clipings
with heavy graphics.
my experince with the scanning software is the OCR makes it so you have to do a lot of editing.

what do you guys do to extract a lot of content?

Two points come up here --

1. Are the proper copyright permissions obtained to redistribute this information? If so, can you procure a digital sample?

2. Temps that type fast.

yeah that sucks... hope you're getting paid well... cause that's pretty much just boring work.

Some ocr's are ok though... I don't have much experience though so I can't help too much.
