CMS that suits my needs?
I am looking to make a site where people can join and create profiles which store basic info on them along with a picture or two. I want members to be able to vote on each others profiles and the top 20 profiles with the most votes displayed on the front page.
Is there a CMS already out there that I could use with little modification that would already do this? I have been looking at Drupal and Joomla but they look more focused on basic website content than community content.
Any ideas? Thanks.

You're looking for something similar to those 'hot or not' websites I presume? I can't think of a CMS that is built to do what you want, although I know Drupal could be customised to do it. You could begin with the Loves and Hates module, it would need to be changed so that instead of working on taxonomy terms it would work on users though.
The only other CMS I can think of that comes close to what you need is: Mugshot. The development pages with source code and instructions are here (although it's not easy to setup).
