Choosing the right forum
Well, I am into forum business right now, and I am looking for a cute forum to run on a business portal... have looked at a bout a dozen of those, and am currently undecided... the one I liked the most though, is ITA Forum... any other suggestions???
thanks!

If you have the money, vbulletin.com seems to be the best forum available. Other free ones include phpbb.com and yabb.com as well as xmbforum.com
Good luck,
Brian

When it comes to the free Forum scripts, I have found [url=http://www.ikonboard.com]ikonBoard is the easiest to install, and also very easy to use for visitors. It's like a free version of vBulletin.
The newest version also allows for Private messaging, Clickable smilieys etc. I'm currently using it for my site, unfortunately, not very many users. Heck, not very many visitors to the site itself, average of 150 Visitors/day according to Stats4all.
But that's just my opinion on the forum scene, and my opinion has never been taken seriously
