changing the color of <hr>
HEY!
Ok so with EI you just say
BUT in NS 4.x it shows up thin BUT gray... ?
and in NS 6.x it shows up FAT and GRAY..??
..can i change this? How?
or is it just Nutscrape?

NS does not support the color attribute.
The 'cross-browser' solution is to use something like a blue gif 2px by 2px and then create a line by
... or that sort of thing.
