Hi everyone.
I have my own paranormal website but now i want to design a website were people can register and make a profile were they can add there picture of themself to be rated by other people could anyone please tell me how i could do this please?

Ok thankyou for that which one do i need to look at is it ASP - ASP.NET - C and C++ - CFML - CGI and Perl - Flash - Java - JavaScript (2,068) PHP i realy dont know which one to look at... Sorry to be a pain

erm, that really depends on which language you are most comfortable with. If you don't know how to use any of them then maybe you would better going through some tutorials first...
