What I read and when depends on what's updated that day. RSS feeds are a huge saviour, especially when you read as many sites as I do! You can see my bloglines subscriptions here:
I'm subscribed to my own blog, too. It's funny because sometimes I have timed published posts, and then I see it appear in my feed after writing it a couple days earlier. Then I go read it .
Blogs I keep up with include activeCollab (although maybe not much longer), OpenDNS, Ubuntu-Tutorials, ILoveJackDaniels, LifeHacker, and Ubunu Blog.

Oh - yes, I do subscribe to my own blog (just in case anyone notices that - it's just to check that the feed is coming through ok)
