Banner sliding question plz help

how do i make the script that sets up my banner for various images turn into one banner that doesnt move....i dont want a slide, but i need the positioning an d size of the banner recorded still.

heres the script, can someone tell me what to keep and what to get rid of to turn it into just a none moving banner, with no slides...
