I was looking for open source software last night and I came upon a pretty neat site opensourcecms.com If your looking for different types of Portals, Blogs, e-Commerce, Groupware, Forums, e-Learning, and other stuff it is pretty good. Just thought I would let you know about it, and if you come across another awesome open source site post it here!

Yeah, it is a good site. Not a whole lot of scripts like Hotscripts has but they are all opensource and work.
