Adobe CS6 Master Collection at $50/month
Yes, it is actually Adobe Creative Cloud, but figured that wouldn't catch the attention as much.
Adobe launched their Creative Cloud, which on top of their cloud based file collaboration, gives you license to EVERYTHING in CS6 Master Collection. They are charging $50/month (and first month is FREE with no CC needed). Awesome deal, I was going to purchase the web premium suite which is over $1500.00, so the whole ball of wax for $50/month is well worth it for me instead of needing to pay all at once.

I'm really surprised at the speed too, I figured for the first day being available, the download of the apps would be slow. Already have Photoshop installed, Dreamweaver downloading now!

Clarification: this is a good deal for people like me who don't have any type of upgrade path to take. If you already have CS5, the upgrade path will probably be a better value.
