Adding Live Video Stream

Hi everyone. I'm not quite sure if this is the right section to post this, however, I will ask and hopefully someone will be able to help or at least point me in the right direction to get it answered.

I have been a freelance web-designer for several years. I currently have a few clients that I'm working with, and two prospective ones. However, one of my prospects is interested in having a live video stream on his site. This is something I haven't done before and I was wondering if there was a place I could go to learn about doing this, or if anyone knows how, to please share some information with me. This streaming obviously would not be coming from my place of business, or it wouldn't be so hard. I would appreciate anyone being able to help out as much as possible. Thanks so much.
