Hey all

Does anyone know what the industry term is for the kind of conversion from PDF doc to the 3D online magazine that has that really nice way to turn pages by dragging the corners?

One example is http://www.pagegangster.com

I'm looking for an open source solution or event better a plugin for a CMS like Joomla or Drupal. Any tips?

it is a PDF to Flash conversion

I converted the 370 page SVN Book (free trial will expire in 7 days)

Viewing it made Internet Explorer crash

It's interesting, but not completely user-friendly

I would research Adobe APIs for PDF (Acrobat) and Flash to uncover the underlying technology
