Changing page title of a web page?

i am posting it for my friend , he wants to change the page title of a web page www.smokeninc.net
SMOK’EN INC. to smoking accssories. .I have added the site to google web master tool. the index file is index.php ,I dont know how to open php file. can someone help me to change the page title please.

Title page is to add in your web page,just use meta tag in to website.This is easy way to add title tag in your web page.
