Which UK Webhost To Go With?

Hi everyone,

I have a small personal website hosted by 110mb.com but they are rubbish and the server has been down for months so I need a new webhost. These are the things that I want/need:

Good server uptime!!
Based in the UK.
24/7 customer support.
A new domain name.
A decent web builder so I can make a semi-professional site.
I need to be able to have a news or blog page as the news part of my website is one of the most popular.
I’d also like to be able to add a photo gallery, guestbook, contact form, user poll and social media buttons.
I want to be able to have unlimited web pages and subpages.
I need less than 2GB data transfer and less than 500MB disk space.
A couple of email addresses with forwarding, auto responder etc.

I have done some research (I’m seriously ill so can’t do as much as I’d like!) and have so far got it down to:

Any help/advice or offers of services would be very much appreciated.
