which is the best host for this....
i need a host with
-100Megs of space at least
-cgi-bin
-unlimited pop3 email addresses(not so important)
-a secure server for accepting credit cards
-a couple of other less important things
do you guys have any suggetions?

The best idea would be to check out some Host Directories such as http://www.hostinvestigator.com and http://www.webhostdir.com and use the search feature to find hosts that meet your needs.
