Whats the best way to sell a domain name?
Hi, I have been asked to sell off a lot of my companies old domain names, apparently they may be worth something. Some of them are fairly good, but the way people price domain names is a little random and I'm not sure what the best way to sell them is.
I've seen lot of people start threads about their domain names and try to encourage people to bid on them, but this seems like a lot of work and that the chances of finding someone with a genuine interest is rare. I have been looking at services like Sedo and Afternic. Has anyone tried out these with any success?
Any advice gratefully received!

Using services like Sedo and Afternic is usually the best option to sell domain names. You can also post your domain names in the 'domains for sale and auction' sections of a few domain name forums.

I've never had luck with them because I price my domains way to high, but whatever.
You can post a thread at dnforum.com (it costs some $ for a membership), you can also buy a thread at the sitepoint.com marketplace on their forums ($10.) Another place, that is just starting out is Tidget.com. You may want to post their just to see what'll happen.
EDIT: I forgot about forums.digitalpoint.com, they have a nice little marketplace too. (Free)

These days, it takes some doing because there is no shortage of competition. List it on as many different sites as you can find. This will increase your chances of finding a buyer.

The best way to sell your domains is to post over in the Sell It / Buy It forum with the list of your domain names that you wish to sell. Pricing is always difficult, just try to find your best offer.

There are many places you can sell domains such as sedo, namepros, dnforum, digitalpoint forum, noktadomains, afternicdsl, godaddy, ebay... Also you can send some emails to parties that might be interested on your names. If you have good quality names, your chances of selling names would be high, and you never know what others might be looking for.

If you got a good backlinks to your domain or if you have a PR3+, then I will suggest you to make it a autoblog and sell on flippa, you will be 100X more than the domain price

the best way your domain sell is? You make a blog and promote it and put a banner add in your blog domain for sale. The second option is that you select a high pr forum and put a question"any one want to buy a unique domain ?" different people give you different answer and i hope any one want to buy next your luck
