I do remember time when backup was looked at a s a sort of nuisance, while now it's an integral part of Information LifeCycle Management.
Disk-to-disk backup is a fast and cost-effective way to keep your info safe, I guess it's obligatory to have RAID solution on a dedicated plan. Is it included in all Globaltap.com dedicated plans?

I believe yes, GlobalTap.com provide RAID solutions on their dedicated servers. Disk-to-disk backup - it's the other thing.
What RAID version do they provide?
What monitoring features does GlobalTap provide?

GlobalTap.com have built a state-of-the-art data storage system for their clients. Extremely fast Fibre Channel network, specially designed and built with data storage in mind, ties together storage devices with multiple layers of redundancy. Their RAID storage devices have multiple hot-spares, and are constantly monitored for any signs of impending problems.

I know that MarbleHost.com perform data backups daily. Their backups use a whopping 2.5 Gigabits of network connectivity.
