What I Need - Anyone Know Where To Find It?
-I need a lot of space 300megs+
-Unlimited POP Accounts
-Ability To Setup POP Accounts In Realtime(outside of control panel)
-Ability for users to change POP passwords
-Reasonable price(under$40/month hopefully less)

I do not see a host giving away unlimited pop mail boxes. Two reasons why.
1. Having them will cost more money in the long run.
2. It will slow down the servers' performace.
Do you think a host will host Hotmail? You want unlimited pop mail boxes, so what if you want to give them away. Once you get to a certain point it then starts to cost money. I would not try to get unlimited, because you might not get it.
You usually get what you pay for. For less than $40 a month, you probable will not find someone that will be open much longer if you really use that unlimited limit.

Even if you get unlimited or a large amount somewhere ... read the small print. Selling them or even giving them away is probably prohibited.
