web space - Front page exp. compatable free space

My son's boy scout troop has asked me to make a web site for them useing my front page express, I have a few pages ready to go but have hit a slight snag with the free space they have found, it will not let me use the pages that are made w/fp, no background images,sound or even our own design,plus it has pop ups, which we don't realy want too much of. So I am trying to find free space or realy cheap space {about 2-3mb} that will allow us to use front page exp. made pages so we can use our background images, sound,anamations & design and be able to edit and up date often w/fp exp. Any information that may help would be appreciated. Thank you, Kevin.
