Video Streaming host????

I'm looking to use a host who focuses on video streaming at a fair price. Would have about 30 minutes of archival video
on-demand and more importantly, the ability to do live webcasts at a reasonable cost.
There don't seem to be too many specialists in this area that don't charge an arm and a leg. What hosts should I check out?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
