I looked at their site, and they don't even offer much information at all. No support manual, a support page, or not even a profile page. I would be careful since their is not much of a site.

Well see they have been in business since 96, they are a registered LLC, and they have multiple offices. Now what do you think about them. They also have ICQ support. Should I go with them?

I still say no. I'm not saying this because I want you to go to our service, but for a couple of reasons.

1. The web hosting business is VERY expensive.
2. Servers can cost thousands of dollars.
3. One T1 line cost around $300 a month and up. If you have a bunch of clients, you need a T3 line or higher which costs $30,000 and up a month.
4. Having 24/7 support is expensive, you do the math.

There are so many expenses, it's unreal. They might be up now, but they probable are slow, and don't have 24/7 support. Would you work for someone for only $39 a year??? Now that is way too cheap. They always say you get what you pay for. A few years ago, our prices were cheap back then, but now there are so many hosting companies out there, driving the prices way down. Most of them are resellers anyway.

We are just a sales rep for a company called VenerNet. You can get a better picture about this here: http://www.1simple.com/profile.html We don't have the thousands of dollars it takes to start our own business, but we sale web hosting for VenerNet. We get them new sales, and we make a monthly commission, while they do all the work.

What I love about them, is their support. They have true 24/7 support. If you don't believe me, just email them at 3:00 in the morning, and you will see. I pay $45 a month for hosting, and I can't see how any of the other companies are making it buy only charging a few bucks. They have to be taking it out of something, like support, lines, maintenance, etc..

I have talked to some of their clients and they say they love them. That is what they said. And they also have a T3 line which seems good to me. Also, they have NT servers which makes it cheaper for them. If you still think they are bad, do you know if their are any hosts under or about $5 a month. I can't afford much.

I would not sign up with them due to lack of information on their site - looks like they only have about 3 pages!
Find someone else, or ask to for clien emails so you can talk to them.

I'd say customer recommendations are vital - no matter what their website looks like. Give them a try at least. If you're not happy, then you can always go elsewhere...

I use Iperweb www.iperweb.com at £120US per year, but was a little worried recently about the speed of their server, but everyone who I asked said it was absolutely fine.

My traffic is doubling each month, and i'm now getting 1,000 IP's a day. I use extensive SSI and CGI throughout the site (including Links & UBB) and I am absolutely delighted with them. I recently moved a second site there too...

Just to let everyone know, I think I will move there within the next month. I will tell you about my expieriences about it if there is anything good or bad about them. Hope everything is good.
