I still am sold on Hosting Matters. They run RedHat 6.2 boxes (okay not Unix but close). They have an online forum. Here is a thread in their forum about the pros and cons of Hosting Matters. I am a reseller with them but I am in no way affiliated with them nor do I recieve anything from them by recommending them.
