I haven't heard anything about them before, but from the outside they look ok... That is to say, their support documentation looks fairly complete and their site appears to be reasonably well-designed.
You'll definitely want to contact their technical support staff and see how knowledgeable they are, maybe ask for a demo of their control panel. You should probably check out the sample letter at hosthelp. http://www.hosthelp.com/questions.php
Also, make sure you talk with some current customers. Finally, find out what they offer as far as an uptime guarantee and support guarantee.
