please help
i had recently signed up for communityarchitect partnership program and was asked to change the dns setting after changing these settings my email service,which was provided by oemmail stopped working everytime i would logon to the email page themail.iomx.com or themail.iomx.com/login i would receive a message stating the site is available.
This is beacuse i have signed up for my sub domains to be used as website for my users eg freeserver.com or geocities.com)with communityarchitect.com.i had asked them to change the dns setting as before which oemmail.com had asked me to,when i had signed up with them .but the mail service doesnt work,communityarchitect.com to gave me the zone file to check if anything is incorrect but i dont know anything about zone file.please help!!!
the zone file as follows

ftp IN CNAME iomx.com.
webmail IN CNAME siteurl.everyone.net.

So what exactly is your question? If you changed your DNS, it is the same as switching hosts and you'll need to make sure your mail settings are right on the new DNS server. That is the reason why your mail wasn't working.
I don't understand, though, because you said you changed your DNS file but your WHOIS info isn't indicating that: http://www.betterwhois.com/bwhois.cgi?domain=iomx.com

yes,i was asked to change the nameserver over to communty architect - NS1.SJ1.NORTHSKY.COM 208.185.127.194
NS2.SJ1.NORTHSKY.COM 63.108.71.181 . After doing so my mail pages wouldnt open. http://themail.iomx.com/htp://themail.iomx.com/login
These are my email settings,
IOMX.COM. IN MX 10 MAIL.OEMMAIL.COM.
THEMAIL. IOMX.COM. IN CNAME WEB.OEMMAIL.COM.
can u tell me what is wrong in the zone file?

This sounds like an issue you need to take up with your host, honestly. As I said, changing your DNS/nameservers will be the same as switching hosts and your new host must have the correct MX record setup for your mail to work.
