Phone contact for customer support at Yahoo Websites

I'm administering a website that is hosted through Yahoo! Website Services. We are experiencing problems with webmail and intermittent problems with the Email Manager. None of our users are able to access thier pop email accounts and continually recieve error messages at login.

Do you guys know the phone number for customer support at Yahoo Websites? I've search the website console/help topics for yahoo web hosting. If they've list a phone number, it is REALLY well hidden. All I can find is an email form for technical support (I HATE THAT) I've sent the problem and error messages to customer care via email, but one of our users urgently needs info stored in her webmail. I'd really like to SPEAK with someone at yahoo support rather than wait for them to eventually address the webmail problem.

Anyone know the contact number? or know where I can find it?
