I started taking a look at them a while ago... I did talk to them and here's a couple of things I found out:
1.) They do not really give you an 800/888 # as a reseller for free
2.) When they say they support your clients they really mean that you forward them the support email and they reply telling you what to say
3.) Their control panel is a bit.... lacking to say the least: http://email.pagecreators.net/ (use password test and domain test.com) It only allows email features, not anything else- that has to be done via telnet.
4.) When I tried to call their phone # late at night or in the morning at about 10:00 on Saturday all I got was a message... and I just tried now and got a message also at 3:00 in the afternoon on a wednesday, so I am pretty sure that their "24x7 phone support" is really just an answering machine (however they don't appear to be using ureach).
Anyway, I am considering them but it seems like they sound a lot better on their site than after you talk to them for a while. However it still is a hell of a deal, and they do seem to respond pretty fast via email.
Anyway, though, they seem to

Well, I am not interested in becoming a reseller. Also, I cannot use the freephone coz I'm in Europe and i reckon that e-mail support is just fine

Pagecreators is a scam!
I signes up with them - they never helped me, and had NO CLUE what they were doing! I then asked for a refund (they have a 30 day money back guarantee) - NO REPLY! I emailed them and phoned them numerous times- no reply.
I had to go to webassured to get my money back.
RUN AWAY from pagecreators!
~Ben!

I have two things to say. I would be careful, for once they offer unlimited data transfer and pop mail boxes. The transfer part can only be unlimited to the point a dedicated server is need if they do not put a certain limit in their policy. About unlimited pop mail boxes, I would stay very cautious. NO company can afford to offer this, due to someone can start a company like Hotmail.com and give away free email accounts to every person they want for free. If you give out tons of free email accounts, this will bog down the server and will literally hurt every site on the server.
So what do they do then???
Thanks

Don't dedicated servers come with unlimited POP's by design? True, too many would bog down the server- but I'm sure there would be some type of restriction in place where they couldn't just give away free POP boxes.
