This hosting is extremely cheap, there is only a setup fee to pay. However, I have experienced downtime and problems with some mailing lists I have running. Every once in a while my control panel is disabled (I don;t know why, but I have to e-mail support to get it working again). The thing that bugs me most is my password has been reset many times to something I have never even heard of and they can't seem to explain why this happens.

So are you just reporting this in good nature?
I have heard some good things about NMF, but I personally prefer month-to-month payments so I have the freedom to change hosts without making a long-term choice commitment.

Yeah,
I guess you could call it good natured. I have just had lots of problems with themm. It seemed like a good deal at first, but lacks reliability.

I don't see much that can be done except to write-off whaterever you paid and try to be more careful in future in selecting a Host.
There are many people around us that are good but you just have to be more alert at all times as there are some unscrupulous people also amongst us that may take advantage of a person's weakness(no offense) such as cheap/stolen goods offers which always works like a magnet. I don't mean that cheap is bad but before you commit yourself, it's better to evaluate the pros and cons. This way you are taking a calculated risk...80% good and 20% bad(No stolen good, please)
Don't fret about it too much.. we become wiser everyday, just consider yourself lucky it's not a major investment such as a house/stock/business.
