In order to give a fair evaluation of any site a little more information would be needed. I hope you can find the time to tell us what your websites are about and the type of visitors they attract (new webmasters, experienced..and such).

mypoll.net - web polls
myforum.net - message boards
mybook.net - guestbooks
traffic generated by all sites mostly US, about 67% visitors
about webmasters who use services .. they are different, but sure most of them new webmasters
