I assume that you're not Norwegian? .no domain names are reserved only for Norwegian citizens or companies that are registered in this country. If you are from abroad, unfortunately, you face some difficulties. But, fortunately, there are companies that deal with registrations of those more restricted domains. I personally use web-solutions. They offer Norwegian domains with local presence and trustee service. Here you've got guide how to register .NO domain name I've got some domains of this type in my account and I’ve never had any problems. So I can sincerely recommend this company to you.
