need eMail firendly hosting

i am concerned with getting my site shut down by eMail unfriendly hosts if one email recipient complains they got spam; when they probably just forgot they joined and gave their contact info in the past.
I have my own eMail server, i just need hosting.
All my eMails are opt-in. I have full name, IP, and timestamp for each address. I think bulletproof hosting prices are outrageous especially since I don't consider sending to my opt-in members spam.

Does anyone know of a eMail friendly website host they could refer or what options are available? Of course price needs to be resonable.
