Narrowed it down...help!
Hello all,
I've been reading this board over and over, and I just kept on finding useful information, keep up the good work!
Anyways, I have a bit of a problem choosing a host. I've narrowed it down to two hosts:
- interserver.net
- netherweb.com
Both of these hosts suit my requirements, I would just like to see comments from current or past users. Speed and uptime is my main concern.
Thanks in advance!

If you had a choice. I would go with interserver. They are alot better then netherweb I assure you. The netherweb servers are slow very slow plus the server admin doesn't realy know what he is doing.
Now with interserver I have been with them and I am very happy with their service. They are very profesional and very good with their services.
So go with interserver.

Hi Manic,
I'd recommend you go with Interserver.net, they've been hosting my site for almost a year now with no problems...the server is very speedy and i havent noticed any downtime yet!

Thanks ubbmaster, brafique, for your comments... they've helped me clear up my choices.
However, I was reading other BBs, and found that maxinweb.com was pretty good also.
Has anyone used Maxinweb or have had any experience with them?
Thanks again...

I am the webmaster of 3d Accelerated.com (http://www.3daccelerated.com)... Our site receives about 350k pageviews/month.
For the last 2 months we've been under interserver w/ no problems. Their system of hosting is perfectly refined, and I can guarentee that they are a good choice.
Email me if you have any questions.

I haven't tried either of these hosts, but NetherWeb has recieved some glowing reviews.
Good luck!
**edit**
I just visited their site, and it looks like those navigation buttons were taken right from Webhosting.com's old site... Not sure, though.

thanks for the comments, stefen, and for pointing me to that site, it helped me a lot.
Yeah...i agree...netherweb looks good.
speed is good, packages are fine
however, I was looking at their support boards @ support.netherweb.com and found that they have suffered a bit of downtime. I realize that this is not entirely their fault but still, the fact that this is not the only time this has happened troubles me.
I'm not saying netherweb is a bad host at all...don't get me wrong. I just happen to be one of those people who are very picky and meticulous about these things.
while interserver is still my main choice, i see new webhosts every day...anyone got info on ddns.com?
thanks again...
