My review of one2host.com
Ok first off let me say that this is my first post here. So hello everyone.
Anyways... About two years ago I purchased a year of webhosting with one2host.com - It seemed good at first... They claimed that I'd have unlimited bandwidth, 200mb of disk space, PHP, Perl/CGI, etc. at a price I rather liked, $3.99 a month. So I purchased a year...
About two months after I purchased, their package suddenly changed to a 5GB bandwidth limit... So much for "unlimited bandwidth" (always a joke anyways). During the first 5 months, my website was down at least 10% of the time. One time it was even down for 2 weeks strait - not a joke, 2 full weeks of downtime, with no explanation from them. Well once it went back up (finally) then I couldn't login to my FTP or control panel. I contacted them, and finally 3 days later I get an email saying that they fixed it (and they did).
Then they decided to revamp their website. Before they had an excellent "pinkish" layout that I thought was very well done (being a webdesigner myself). Well if you look at it now, half of the images are broken, poor quality, and the whole website is just completely "unfinished". It has been that way for almost a year.
Well here it is, 2 years later, and guess what? They are still hosting my website. I haven't renewed or anything. I was going to cancel once they sent me the email asking if I wanted to renew my plan, but I never got the email, and was never charged for a second year. So here I am getting free hosting (ROFL).
So to sum it up, one2host.com is the worst host I've ever been with. Not recommended.

Free hosting though... you know what they say "you get what you pay for" (or "don't pay for" in your case)

Andy is right I'm afraid, move yourself to a paid hosting service!

Its amazing that people like taht stay in business at all, in fact it sounds like they have changed hands. Andys adage sums it up and you really do get what you pay for, or not in your case!
