MX Record to point at Everyone.net
MX Record to point at Everyone.net
I'm having a lot of trouble trying to get the MX record to point at everyone.net.
To offer [email protected], the MX record in your DNS file should be set to:
domainname.com. IN MX 0 sitemail.everyone.net.
This is how it shows right now but it's still not working. It seems like it is receiving emails in the accounts because I am receiving forwarding to my yahoo email account letting me know that I have mail.
But I'm not able to retrieve the email from mail.domainname.com. I just changed host server. It worked fine with the previous host server.
Should there be a sub-domain created for the name mail.domainname.com? Should there be a sub-domain created for a catch all for the everyone.net email service? If so what should the name be? And what is the IP address?
Help!!!

You need to get your host to make a change on their end as well.
