Moving to dids.com
I've been hosting my UBB forums with www.ubbnetwork.com (aka ubbhosting.com), no relation to Infopop, the makers of UBB.
Lack of support, eight consecutive days of downtime and the fact that their site has been down for the last two weeks has forced me to look elsewhere. So, I just set up an account with www.dids.com . Hopefully, I'll have the forums moved over in a day or two. I hope they work out o.k.
Anyone else with dids.com?
Isn't this forum hosted with them?

Hello Gene!
Yes, I am with Dids.com and I am very happy about it. I moved there last summer after two bad host experiences and I haven't regretted a moment. Their service is great and their support awesome. And unlike most other hosts I know they do disclose all information regarding downed servers etc.
I recommend them!
If you have anymore questions feel free to ask here or mail me. [email protected]
regards,
Jes

My site (http://www.wiredstart.com) is hosted by DIDS and has been for a few months now. There have been problems with connections, but that problem was out of their control. I have had little downtime with them (besides the connection problems).
They are a great host, always fast tech support.

I agree with Jes and robp. DIS is a great host, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Perhaps you guys ought to do what MSNBC does when posting messages about DIDS just to be clear on the possible [i am not saying intentional though] bias.

Hi Thinkhost (glad to see your still participating),
I apologize that we have happy customers. I also apologize that we have managed to get quite a number of the active participants of TWF. TWF is a great bunch of people and it would be a pleasure if we hosted all 2,000+ webmasters that participate here.
I just want to clear up any confusion you are trying to create. We are only associated with TWF in the fact that we host them (and they pay as much as any of our other clients do with no kick-backs in any way, shape, or form). Yes, we are partners with them, as we are partners with every other Web Site we host.
So sue me if we have happy customers that participate at TWF
