Looking for a new server

Lookin for a new server with about 3-3.4 ghz and atleast 2 gb ram but all the hostng companies i see with these specs have ridiculous prices like 400-500 a month....when right now i am getting 2.7 ghz and 1.5 gb of ram and only paying 20 a month.......anyone can help me out or knw of a good host?
