My company has been using CommuniTech for the past six months. They seem to be very reliable and they offer a verity of features at a reasonable price.
They do offer sub-domains, 25 per account. You can set these up, change them, or edit them any time you like, free of charge, however they do not update until 4:00am CST.
You can also look around for a CommuniTech reseller; some offer the same package at almost a $10 discount.
Beyond CommuniTech I don’t know of any hosts that provide free sub domains, CI Host provides them, but they charge $5 per sub domain.
Good luck.

If you want to provide sub-domains then you should probably find a host that will allow wilcards and then get one of those CGI programs that works exactly like CJB or come.to
Hope this helps!

Where can you find WilCards? Can I install it myself, or does my host need to? Is there any script that will allow me to use sub-domains like a Perl Script? Thanks!

Ask your host to enable them. Some hosts will allow wildcards, while other won't.
Once you get wildcards enabled, you should be able to find a script so you can start your own redirection service at:

Hey Adam,
You mention looking for Communitech resellers? I could sure use that info! I'm seriously looking at using Communitech simply for the subdomain capabilities...and their Control Panel seems to be a breeze to use. Do you know the URLs for any resellers? I could sure use the $10 off....I'd appreciate anyone dropping in and posting a link or two.....Bobby

A good subdomain program once you have wildcards enabled is at http://www.customcgi.net/truevirtual/
They also include a small list of some hosts which allow wildcards.
