I need a host

I want a monthly pay plan with as much bandwidth as possible.
Also require maximum up time and a domain name provider. Can't seem to find a decent plan.
All seem to have catches.

My site is graphically based and includes an embeded mp3. Plus the option to download or listen to the mp3 without plug in.

any suggestions???

Could you give us a little more details on what you want to do with MP3s? Those require a lot of bandwidth and many hosts ban them, so that's probably why no one has replied.
