I need a VPS host
Here are my requirements
Server MUST be located in the US
Cpanel/WHM or Plesk Unlimited for cheap
512 MB Ram
25+ GB Disk Space
500+ GB Bandwidth
A good ToS that doesn’t have a fee for almost everything.
My budget is around $50-70 a month. I will be using part of the VPS for reselling, this will be for my small company.
Thanks.

I think you may found what you're looking for at ServerPoint.com. This company provides various features for hosting, has reasonable affordable prices and is highly reliable, running since 1998. Take a look, I suppose there is something suitable for you there.

Does A2hosting.com provides only Linux VPS solutions?
They have been in this sphere for a long while and only positive feedbacks I have read about their activity.
Any discounts from them?

For your budget I can recommend you the following companies to consider:
glowhost.com and vpsland.com. Both Us based and have great reputation over there.

The offer that may fit all your requirements may be found at Webhostgiant.com. Though it is not a VPS they provide 25GB of webspace and huge bandwidth with reselling enabled for really small money, without any hidden fees. I suppose you might be interested.

To get a reliable VPS deal isn't an easy thing and few companies provide them. I can mention VPS deals from Glowhost.com.
Hope you'll choose from them what you need.

I am looking at Hot Drupal for my Drupal hosting, actually
They have hybrid vps - two servers - and plans with less neighbors as you go up.
In your price range they have very nice plans.
I am thinking of trying the $9.95 standard plan...

It seems that you are still looking for the host, aren't you? If so I would recommend you have a look at several companies I have seen since my last post here. I think that it will be good for you to give a try to Globaltap.com or JaguarPC.com. They have varible choice as by OS as by config of VPS. Good luck

Have got a VPS suggestion.
I think ServerPoint.com is the one of the providers for VPS which will suit your requirements, first of all relatively the control panel: they provide different panels in their account and it is possible to choose needed one. They also have plans with burstable RAM.. Have a look if you still need something.
