hypermart.net servers - HELP!!!!!!!!
ok friends,
this time i really need some cause this problem is driving me nuts!
i offered somebody to help with some installations on a hypermart.net server, but unfortunately he knows nothing about it.i cannot telnet or something like this to find out whats wrong with the script i only have ftp-access to his user-directory.
the error logged is the familiar 'premature end....', you guys sure know!
so can anybody out there tell me how to get the perl-path without telnetting or knows something about the hypermart-machines???
cheers
patrick
PS: sure this question would also fit into my forum, but i hope this one will be read from everybody, not just the perl-hackers

I had joined hypermart about 2 years ago now. It was REALLY GREAT back when it started. The staff interacted with users, and we really did feel like a community. However, ever since Go2Net took over, the original staff members have left and the new techs don't even participate in the forums .

Hi,
I'm a Hypermart user myself, in short, I'm quite sastified with their support, FYI I have upgraded my account to ad-free. They are quite responsive, but sometimes they don't .
Later.
