Is this good for a redirection + domain registering?
Also, when it says "path forwarding" , im not quite sure on what will happened.
Will my website http://67.85.14.xxx/forums/index.php become http://mydomain.com/forums/index.php?
Does anyone have any experiance with this URL?

I dont know, a lot of registars offer this with the domain free of charge.
registerfly.com offers 8.95 a year domain names with this feature already. along with email and lots of other things.
I would say purchase/transfer your domain to a registar like this and use their services. Plus you are going to have to worry about the uptime of that company. Chances are you are going to risk a higher possibility of downtime going through a 3rd party like that.
