This site is not my site, however i was a tough review on it so i know if i should invest money into it or not.
my question is: do they have everything nessisary for me to host other sites? They do not have Cpanel they have Ensim which i dont know much at all about..... Also they are a Turkey based country but they have their servers located in the U.S. (phew).
Also Term #8 in their Terms and Services. Looks scary to me, please look that up.
They said their backbone providers are: SERVERMATRIX and
VALUEWEB (never heard of them)
Please give this site a tough review, conserns, warning, ext.

Newista is advertising in the Marketplace, and is a member of this forum. I think it's out of line to ask specific questions outside of the Marketplace thread.
1. EnsimPro is a solid control panel, I don't know about Ensim -- it's cheaper but does the job, is also skinable and is unlikely their choice beyond price. Most server farms offer the same control panel, period.
2. You can research the providers yourself:

Many server operations are taking this approach to fighting spam, however if you have a question about someone's terms of service, you should contact that person/company, not inquire about it in public first. If the answer you get is unsatisfactory, you can certainly get opinions, however it's the wrong order to ask others before asking the person/company directly.
