How much must reseller web host cost?
Are there any limitations? Or?
I have seen utropicmedia.net reseller packages and they seem to be quite expensive for me. Or maybe that just a sign of quality web hosting?

I agree it's like between Scylla and Charybdis, I mean overselling and underselling.Check the features of their plans, look thru the reviews.
What's your budget?
I prefer to use the time-proven providers, even if they are not the cheapest. Mediatemple.com, Serverpoint.com, Axishost.com.
Not unlike the waves...

Reseller services from UtropicMedia.net are good for web desiners. Their multi-featured plans will be good for them. Dedicated IP and Live Chat Software are also included into their plans.

I signed up for a reseller account with streamline.net it cost £100 ($200) for a year with upto 10 domains, 1st domain was free. I thought it was a good deal but would definately look into it more in the future.

@Ruth: I think overselling allows to sell clients more resources than you actually have hoping that all of the resources won't be consumed, but since this is quite a rare feature of a webhosting plan, I think you may address webhostingbuzz.com with this isssue asking them what they actually mean by overselling allowed on the plans.

I see, I don't think it's a good idea to oversell being somebody else's reseller, it makes things twice difficult.
As for Utropicmedia.net I guess there are a few reasons their plans are expensive, first: they offer servers located in the datacenters of the USA, Europe and Asia, then, the plans are 100%white label which means private nameservers, brandable control panel etc., and the most important is that they allow for CPU increase when your clients needs overgrow.

Most of companies do not allow overselling at all. They control it. Check TOSes on most decent companies (resellers) like HostWW.net or Lunarpages.
I think that this issue shows us how serious and professional web hosting company is.
