Personally I use names.co.uk and haven't had a problem in about 2 years. It's in the UK though, don't know if that's any use to you - your location is "earth" Laughing out loud

I use surpasshosting.com They're ok, but their support times are lacking.

From everything down to customer support, Hostway is on the top of my recommendations. Everything is kept current and never had any issues with the backend stuff. Their standar packages include multiple OC3 lines for a fast delivery of pages...
