Hostcolor.com - some impressions

Hostcolor.com is the company hosting three sites for me, the last one being my personal g-antonov.info

It's worth mentioning that their customer support is operating day and night, and answers quick. Also, their pricing is not bad at all. To summarize everything, I can point out these as their

Pros:
1. Fast answering and friendly support
I don't remember waiting for answer more than 15 mins.

2. Low cost service
I pay $65/year for 300MB space and 10GB bandwidh.

3. Knowledgable Staff
Their tech guys are very helpful and were willing to spend enough time answering my questions. Also helped me with the site evaluation.

4. Advanced Software solutions
They have their own Control Panel (nextcolor.com) and as I heared from a guy that works there, they're planning to launch a commercial version.

5. They are a stable company and it tells. I think this is important because we've all heared stories about hosts who manage a few servers disappeared and their customer never got a service or money back. That's not Hostcolor, they're a fully legal business.

Cons

1. They do not allow bandwidth rate higher than 20GB per month.
2. Their services are good for small and middle sized web site but if you need to host a large e-commerce site should look for some other company.
3. It would be nice if they begin to post more detailed specifications of the features they offer.
